Seeking a dynamic Sr. Marketing Executive to drive the company's growth by generating leads, optimizing the sales funnel, and building a strong brand presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive lead generation, manage the sales funnel, and enhance the company’s social media presence. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with business goals and deliver a strong return on investment.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation
o Design & implement strategies to maximize business leads to maximize revenue.
o Test & implement new methods to enhance Inbound & Outbound B2B leads.
o Work towards improving ROI by maintaining & improving funnel conversions.
• Funnel Management
o Research, track, maintain, and update leads data.
o Effectively maintain & improve conversions of leads.
o Connect & coordinate with customers & the sales team to ensure conversion.
o Coordinate with all internal/external stakeholders to improve conversion.
o Maintain & share the daily/weekly lead conversion report with internal stakeholders.
• Social Media Management
o Design & implement a quarterly social media calendar.
o Design engaging social media posts.
o Share weekly/monthly performance reports to track progress.
• Marketing Operations
o Creating & Optimizing Ads (Search, Meta, LinkedIn)
o Designing artworks – Social Media.
o Coordinate with the sales team for ad-hoc business requirements.
o Prepare the customer/business proposals and/or presentations.
o Website Maintenance, Copywriting for blogs.
Requirements:
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant marketing experience
Must have previous experience in logistics/ freight forwarding/ courier companies
