Assist with visa processing, Emirates ID applications, labor permits, and government documentation. Prepare and type applications through MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and Tasheel portals. Maintain employee records and ensure document accuracy. Coordinate with government departments and service centers. Track visa renewals, labor cards, and company documentation. Support the PRO team with administrative and compliance activities.
Requirements:
1–2 years of UAE experience in a similar role. Knowledge of UAE government procedures and online portals. Good English typing skills (Arabic typing is an advantage). Proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication and organizational skills.
