🖥️ IT System Administrator & Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a talented and proactive IT System Administrator & Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our local server infrastructure, oversee domain administration, and provide reliable technical support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain on-premises servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
Administer company domain, Active Directory/Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and user access policies.
Oversee network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and business-critical applications.
Implement cybersecurity measures, system updates, and endpoint protection.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper licensing and documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in IT Support, Network or System Administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP, RAID/NAS/SAN setups.
Experience with firewalls, routing, and network protocols.
Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA+, MCSA, or Microsoft 365 are a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.
