We are seeking a highly creative and professional Interior Designer cum Executive Secretary to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional design capabilities with strong executive support and administrative skills, contributing to the successful delivery of high-end interior projects. Key Responsibilities: Interior Design Duties: Prepare innovative interior design concepts and presentations Create 2D and 3D drawings using design software Develop layouts, mood boards, and space planning concepts Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams Conduct site visits and assist with project execution Prepare material selections and design documentation Personal Secretary Duties: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence Coordinate with clients and vendors professionally Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design and Administration Proficiency in 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD Good knowledge of MS Office applications Strong communication and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field preferred
