💰 Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Joinery & Fit Out

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with expertise in joinery and fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs Perform quantity take-offs for joinery and interior works Prepare BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams Monitor project costs and support cost-control activities Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Requirements: 3–5 years of UAE experience in joinery and interior fit-out Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and production processes Experience in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (mandatory) Strong analytical and numerical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working with joinery factories or fit-out contractors Familiarity with UAE market rates and suppliers Immediate joiners preferred
