Requirements:
UAE Driving License (Mandatory) for BDE,Recruitment agency/recruitment consultancy experience,Strong client acquisition and business development skills,Proven ability to generate new client collaborations across various industries and domains,Target-oriented with excellent sales and negotiation skills,Strong communication and relationship management abilities,Recruitment industry experience preferred for Tele-Caller,Experience in cold calling and client acquisition,Ability to make 100-200 calls daily,Knowledge of recruitment processes and client coordination,Strong communication and convincing skills
